Re: Can employer force you to sign a bond/contract?
For a employee had been asign for an asignment with a written terms and conditions as well the entitlement. After 9 months, while this employee still under the asignment, the employer revised the entitlement, including the requirement for the mentioned employee be bond. The revised cluase are in the new written contract which require the employee to sign. Should if this employee refuse to sign, what is the consequence?
