Re: stock lost

Hi, need your advise on the followings:
A sales manager's car has been break in, there were some company stocks & belongings inside his car. A police report already made.
What action should be taken on him? can we terminate and penalty to be imposed (ask him to pay back on the total lost) him because of the lost & careless? Is there any better solution?
Please advise. Thanks

Whatever punishment you intend to mete out, I think you better hold a domestic inquiry so that he has the chance to defend himself.

Domestic Inquiry:
1). If found guilty - he admit on his careless - terminate him & ask him to pay back the total lost. Can?
2.). If he admit - but refuse to pay back the total lost?
3). If he doesn't want to take the responsibility (just say that was an accident) and refuse to pay back?

Please advise.TQVM!

You better engage a labour consultant to guide you through this process. Not as simple as 1 2 3.
