Does the company's policy can supersede the Employment Act/Labour Law?
My management said the law is only as reference, company can set its own policy.
Company policy for AL:
1st - 3rd year - 10 day
3 years above but 5 years below - 12 days
5 years above but 7 year below - 15 days
I joined in 20 Dec 2007 & I only entitled 10 days AL.
Does it applicable?

If your salary is more than RM1500 per month and not covered by the Employment Act, then your company's leave policy is not wrong. Otherwise, you should get 12 days for the 3rd year.
