Re: Letter of offer

Hi, I'm a kindergarten teacher. The employer did not issue any letter of offer, change the job scope as she pleases, refuse to discuss the salary, and require teachers to work during public holidays and sundays (without replacing the holiday or any extra pay). I need the job. Should I ask for Offer letter and job descriptions?

Yes, you can but don't do it alone. Get other teachers together and negotiate for better terms and conditions of service.
