Hi Siew,
under employment act section 60E(1B), if an employee who is on paid annual leave becomes entitled to sick leave, the employee shall be granted to sick leave, and the annual leave shall be deemed to have not been taken.

This is cover for employee under Salary up to RM1.5k, what if for those who are not cover under EA (salary >RM1.5k). Did the company has the right to refuse to accept the MC and cancel annual leave been taken?
