Hi Mr.Siew,
1) My company has half working day on Saturday. If the public holiday falls Saturday, should the company replace special holiday for employee on Monday? If yes, half day or full day?

2) Can the employee's unpaid leave be calculated as ( salary/26) x _days? or ( salary/31) x _days?

1. There will be no replacement for holidays falling on Saturdays.

2. Should use the number of days in that month like 31 for January, 30 for April and so on.
