Is it alright for the employer not to pay salary for the employee that resigned after the first week of work where she did not perform well.
Within the 6 working day,
- Absence for 3days, last minute informed of MC without doctor's medical cert.
- 1day late to work for an hour plus with unreasonable reason...
- Did not perform her duties well
- cause the company to bear the penalty of late operation of the shop
