Hi, if our company did not issue any confirmation letter to the staff but after 3 months probation, the staff enjoys annual leave, prorated bonus and other benefits as the confirm staff . Would the staff still consider under probation or confirm staff?

You must complete 12 months service before entitled to annual leave but you are entitled to sick leave. Bonus is something up to your employer to pay or not to pay. Read up Probation about confirmation. Also read up Part 12 of the Employment Act.

if the employee only work for 2 months and resignation happen. do him enjoy annual leave? for salary caculation purpose.
