Re: Different working hours
Hi, have a few questions:
1) Can I structure a company to the extend of having an official work hour, eg 8:30am - 5:30pm for non-shift workers/ admin workers, and 6:30am - 4:30pm for shift workers?
2) In a contract for shift workers, must it be mentioned that they are categorised as shift workers?
3) Also for part time workers who are on call like delivery riders, should a contract be written up if they are paid by hourly, or by only docket rate?
