Re: Probation - then resignation (Pro-rated leave?)
If the employee is under probation and decides to resign, are we to tell them that the have 3 days pro-rated leave i.e. 1 day a month or not? Is there any labour law that enforces that we must inform the employee that they are entitled to the leave due to their resignation?
As far as I know, there is a law that says they are entitled to if they resign but is there one that says we must give them and inform them?
