Re: Sarawak daily paid contract

1. Is daily-paid contract employees entitle to have any medical claim benefits or paid annual leaves?

2. Is the daily-paid contract employees need to have any probation period?

3. How long is the prior notice of termination that a daily-paid contract employee should give if they want to terminate the contract?

Daily rated workers enjoy the same benefits under the Sarawak Labour Ordinance like the monthly rated workers. The employer can put them on probation if he wants.
