I have few Case Operator (daily basis, no work no salary), we do not have any contract / appointment letter / confirmation letter. If my company want them to leave immediately, is it against the labour law? Their daily wages are RM80.

Yes, you still have to give them appointment letter/contract of service stating all the terms and conditions of service. You have to give notice for their termination.
