i got an offer to work for this company as Personal Assistant but is under As needed hours / On call / Casual employees are on call and work hours as needed, either at home.
That is mean I will work at home, on call and only report to workplace when needed.

May I know what are the staff benefits entitled under this category?
example: annual leave, sick leave, epf, socso, probation and so on..

Whatever the type of employment may be, all the terms and conditions of service should be properly stated in the appointment letter. This may be able to avoid possible future disputes. When in doubt, you better consult the Labour Department, EPF and SOCSO.

May I know Should there be stated working hour or working days for this category employee? example officially 5days week even though no need to report to office..

If no need to report to office then say so in the contract. Actually I don't know what sort of work is that. You better go to the Labour Department and discuss it in more details with some of the officers there.
