Re: resignation

Hai, i never sign any offer letter from my company, i've been working for 2 months and i never sign any offer letter. i want to resign 24hours with my pay calculated on daily paid basis.. can i just resign without any notice and just leave?

during probationary period even without the offer letter, i do have sick leave (with the medical cert). should the company deduct my salary or is my sick leave paid?

1. Under the Employment Act, you still have to give a month notice even though you have no got any appointment letter.

2. Yes, you are still entitled to sick leave with pay.
