I own a small beauty saloon and I have recruit a girl. I do not provide any employment letter to the girl since I am just a small shop with only 1 girl working. We just based on verbal communication agreed on working day and working hours. There is no communication on maternity leave and annual leave. So now my girl is pregnant and she decide to come back to work after 1.5 months. In this case, do I still need to give her the 2 mths maternity pay leave?? And should I give the annual leave as per employment law? Tq.

since that you are in a capacity of an employer, you should provide yr employee with a contract and therefore yr employee terms of employment shall not less than the employment act provisions.
