Re: Offer letter

i've been working with this company for 1 month, after received the first month salary, i did ask for the offer letter.. my bos told me that, after 3 month and confirmed only i can have the offer letter.. is that ok? i though once u were engaged to the company, u will be give an offer letter and upon successful of the probationary period confirmed letter will be given isnt that right? please advice thanks

Normal, the offer letter stating all the terms and conditions should come first for your acceptance. But since you have already started work, I presume you know all the terms and conditions you are getting. A verbal contract is also a valid contract of employment. Just carry on working as usual and don't have to worry too much.
