My compant fix only 15 days as Public holiday,included 4 days state in EA Sec 60D.Should campany pay any replacement leave or OT to staff which staff work on holiday (eg.Wesak day and Christmas)not fix by Company

No, those not fixed are just like any normal working days.

i am a tour_driver, the company ask me to stay work within Christmas; Deepavali and Hari Raya Haji.
If my religion is christian, the company just covering for double pay.
the other public holiday is only normal pay.
May i know that my company has to right to do that?
Q: It is stay working for public holiday, normally company will pay for normal or double?
