Hi Mr. Siew,
As an employer , i would like to terminate contract of service of an employee.
(1) She work with us for > 5 years.
(2) No offer letter, and her monthly salary > RM 1.5K.
(3) Up to date, she already utilised 7 days of annual leave.
Few questions here appreciate your help.
(1) I will issue a official letter to communicate the termination, and paying 2 months compensation, and ask for immediate dismissal. Its that ok ?
(2) While paying for the 2 mths compensation, its on the gross or net of EPF and SOCSO ?
(3) Regarding the annual leave, i believe she only entitle after the prorate , right ?
