If resignation tendered on 26th April 2010, by giving two weeks notice from the date of 26/4/2010. She is 5 day week work, her last physical day with company should be on 7th May 2010? company need to pay her remuneration till 9th May 2010? am I right?
If she did not complete her outstanding tasks, do company got right to request her to come on 8th & 9th May 2010? Thanks & regards.
