Re: Can Employer ask Compensation for Signed Letter offer but Refused to Report to Work
I have interviewed a candidate and she signed the letter offer, but did not turn up for work. She only called me saying that she has a better offer? Can I suit her for the losses in hiring and productivity as her job is very much on scheduled appointment from our clients and everything has been planned from 1 month's of her confirmation on the job acceptance.
