Re: Probationary Period Termination?
We have an production operator who joined 28 October 2009, previously they have extended her probation period of 3 months 28 Jan til 28 April 2010 due to poor of attendance - no pay leave, absent, mc. and the production target unacheived in this while. Till todate, her attendance still poor & production target did not achieve. Upon questioning, she claimed that she can't stay longer hour & she sis pregnant 3 months.
1) Can we terminate her employment contract ?
