Re: Warning letter

My sons sick admitted hospital so that I on leave and take unpaid leave more that 14 days. When I call my boss she said ok. But today she ask me sign warning letter said that I on leave is un fair to them. It is they can do that?

If you son is sick, he should be on sick leave with valid medical certificate. Taking no pay leave for so many days is surely not fair to the company. Company has some work to be done and that's why they employ someone to do it. If that someone keeps on taking no pay leave, then I think the company will have problems.
