Re: Pregnant During Probation Period

I have a staff started work on November 01, 2012 and is 7 weeks pregnant. She is aware of her pregnancy but has not been informing HR Dept in writing as stated in our employee handbbok until today. My question is : . Her probation period is 6 months, so can i not confirm her until she delivered? Of course, I will give her a letter to extend her probation due to the above reason.

I though the purpose of probation is to test or gauge an employee's work performance.

您好,我想请教一些问题。我本身是一名孕妇,因为我本身缺少水分,月经没有停止,血压高和有孕妇糖尿病,因此到目前为止我还不能出院。我已经住院一个月又七天了。因此我想请问这个可以算是六十天住院假期吗?我能做些什么保障自己吗?谢谢你耐心听我的问题,希望你能尽快解答我的疑问。

I have a confirm staff, she accidentally miscarriage, after operation, doctor given 15 days medical leave to her and rest at home, it it this is can consider as medical leave? We cannot treat it as unpaid leave?
