we have 1 sales manager not performing, he resigned in Jun 2012. We accept his resignation. But agree to let him continue to work until he find a job. In Nov 2012, we told him his last day of work is 30/11/12, due to poor performance. All this are done verbally. Now he want us to pay him compensation pay. Does he have ground?
