Hi, I read your reply to the question posted by win on overdue OT on 19/11/12, You said...." If your ex-superior is one covered by the Employment Act (meaning her salary is not more than RM2000)",... Does that mean that if the staff salary is above RM2000, under the Employment Act the company can opt not to pay her for OT done? Thank you.
