Need your advice on staff MIA issue.
A staff joined on 1/11/2012, MIA since 3/11/12.
1. HR will have to issue a self termination under 15(2) to him?
2. HR still have to pay his salary for 2 days worked on 1st & 2nd November 2012?
A staff MIA since 28/10/2012.
Do we need to deduct his short notice payment before we pay him up to 28/10/12?
