My worker absent start on 2nd Nov 2012 without any inform. Can we directly terminate his service?
Find out what had happened first before doing anything.
Unable to contact him. He don't want pick up the call. I also ask other workers to contact him, he also don't want to response.
Then tell in writing him that he has terminated his own service since he has been absent for so many days. Put him on notice that the company reserves the right to claim indemnity from him.
