Currently, my company is recruiting 2 temporary staff to do packing and simple paper works but we don't provide any offer letter due to they will ask to leave at anytime and explanation has been given to them. Is that the right way without letter?
The company is contributing EPF & Socso, attendance allowance and 14days MC to these temporary staff. However, one of them is always taken unpaid leave and mc since joining us in June 2012. Last week on 11/10 until 13/10, she was on MC but yesterday & today also didn't appear to work without calling up.
Can we stop her service immediately since she didn't inform us these 2days. Any letter require to do so?
