Re: Confirmed staff ?

Employee given extension of probation of 2 months. He was granted bonus one month after the extension which supposed to be paid to him upon confirmation ( as stated in the appointment letter) and another letter for of extra bonus retention where he stays until June 13... Can he assumed as confirmed staff ? After one week of over the extension, he was given termination letter, what should he do ? and how?

What he can do now is to bring the matter up with the Labour Department or the Industrial Relations Department.
