2.雇主可以要求comfirm staff 更改職務(re-designate) 並附3個月觀察期(probation period)嗎?

Our company trip will be by Dec 23-26.
All staff go or not going also need to take compolsary leave-2 days.
For those who are not yet confirm, they are not entitled to go, and need to take unpaid leave<-- can employer do that to them?

请问,这个employment letter 可以签吗?有问题吗?

We are pleased to offer you the position of driver cum site cocoordinator with XXXXXXXX with effective 01 January 2013 on the following terms and conditions :-

1.Your commencing salary will be RM 2500/- per month with the working hours from 7 am 8 pm with no overtime.

2. For working on Sunday and Public Holiday ( as per company public holiday list) , you will be entitle an extra 1 day basic salary. However, for the absent 1 day before & after Sunday and Public Holiday, this benefit will be forfeit.
-Working on 01/01, RM 2500.00 / 26 day = RM 96.15. (1 day extra basic salary).
- Absent for 1 day, salary will be deducted on above calculation method too.

3. Your DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES for the above position will be as below:
- To fetch the China Workers back and forth from the working place (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
- To fetch and assist the China Supervisor purchase the tools.
- To assist the China Supervisor in daily routine work arrangement.

4. Your confirmation in the position offered shall be subjected to a probationary period of three (3) months.

5. During the probationary period, your employment may be terminated by either party by giving 24 hours of notice.

6. The Company may at its discretion extend the probationary period for a further three months, if considered necessary.

7. After the said probationary period referred to in paragraphs 4 and 5, your employment may be terminated
by Company immediately in the case of a dismissal on disciplinary grounds without further notice.

6. Your working hours shall be determined by the company and may vary according to the nature of work.

If the terms and conditions are acceptable, please sign this letter in duplicate and return to the Human Resources Department.

The staff come in 2 jan with 3 months probation period. Can we terminate his service over three months with 24hrs notice? For eg., a week pass his probation let say 8 april?
