One of staff salary-RM 1600 + Hse Allowance RM 200 only. Work 51/2 days alternate 1st & 3rd sat. But she required to work on 3rd saturday. Is it this staff is under cover by the employee act and should be pay for OT on the non-working days?

I think he is still covered by the EA and the employer has to pay extra for requiring him to work on his off days.
