In the employment contract, stated that total PH declared by company is 17 days. Now the plan is to change to 14 days as to minimize operational cost. With that the company is planning to pay back the 3 days as PH rate and convert into their basic.This mean after the buy out, the PH entitlement after 1 Jan 2013 will be 14 day. Is this allowable under EA? However, for those not under EA scope, the company maynot intent to do the payback.This double standard of implementation may cause unsatisfaction to employees. Please advise !

I agree with you that it will cause dissatisfaction. Better don't do it.
