Re: Change of working hours
We are planning to convert from the current 44 hours/week to 48 hours/week and buy back OT hours to pay the variance of 4 hours by convert into basic. Legally, can it be done?
In my opinion why not just pay OT for the 4 hours instead of converting to basic. This may cause disputes in future. Anyway, discuss with the workers and also consult the Labour Office.
