以下是我的appointment letter sick leave 的条款:

Employees upon completion of probation period are entitled fourteen (14) days paid sick leave and employees under probation are without sick leave.

试用期的员工没有病假吗? 病假是直接给14天还是pro rata.

Hi Joey,

All employees are entitle for fourteen(14) days paid sick leave upon joinning and not upon confirmation of service.

My employee is with us for 5 months. Within this 5 months he has taken 6 days of medical leave. He is now discharged from the hospital and given 18 days of medical leave. So how do I calculate his sick leave. do I give him another 8 days of paid sick leave and the balance as unpaid leave. Or shall i need to pay all 18 days as paid leave. He is earning RM3000 per month. Please advise.
