Re: Leave due to Act of God
Due to the recent Iceland explosion, many are stuck abroad. How do you treat the days they missed work? Paid or unpaid?

In my opinion, if they are on company business it would of course be paid. If on leave, leave would be extended and if no more available leave, it would be unpaid leave.
