Re: How to terminate an employee?
Our company is having a general clerk whom has work for 10 years. However, this employee is continuously making mistake (wrongly issue D.O. and Invoices) and being emotional (eg. scolding, shouting, crying) in the office.
Recently, this employee spent her working hour on phone calling with non-business purpose (her own travel plan and home issue) and social network which caused this employee to tell us that he/she is too busy and has no time to finish the workload.
May I know can these be the reasons to terminate this employee?
The basic salary is RM1,000.00 with RM 600 as bonus + Commission. Hence, total will be around RM2,000 per month.
Please advice how much we need to compensate if to terminate.
