Re: UNUTILISED ANNUAL LEAVE
A staff gave a months's notice stating 18/7 as his last day. He has 6.5 days unutulised annual leave. He said he will work till 13/7 and the rest considered as on annual leave.
I am not sure about his salary calculation. Can u pls help to confirm?
I think he should be paid 19.5 days for July (13/7 + 6.5 days annual leave).
Basic RM3k/31 days x 19.5 days = RM1,887.10.
Is my calculation correct? Appreciate your advise. Thank you very much.
