Hi Liew,

May I know is that lawful if management not allow the staff(resigned) to use his/her remaining annual leave to offset the required termination notice? The management would more like to pay the staff the balance of leave than let his/her leave early due to job handover. Please advice.

It is OK if the management is willing to pay for the leave balance.
