Re: Staff rejected to transfer
We had transferred 1 staff to other subsidiary companies, however the staff refuse to accept our transfer. In this case, can we terminate him with 8 weeks notice (works for than 5 years)?
In our Letter of Offer, we stated clause that staff is subject to transfer and the staff had signed the letter.
Would it a problem if we issue termination letter with 8 weeks notice/payment in lieu of notice? as we heard that this staff is going to Labour Office.
