Hi, can the company terminate the absentee by give 1 month notice without assign reason?

For your info, there are been 3 time warning letter served.

Further to my question.

Our appointment letter is stated "1 months' notice by either party to terminate the employment"

Yes, the company can do that but the employee can also complain to the Labour Office if he wants.

Yes, the Labour Office still has the power to looking into the matter. The action of the employer is not final and cannot be challenged at all. Who is right or who is wrong is left to be decided.

Dear KL,

During the 2nd warning served to employee, we have receive the apologize letter and promise not repeat from the said employee.

Why can the company terminate according to appointment with 1 months' notice?

The company might not want to accept the apology and proceeded to terminate the service of the employee. However, the employee concerned has the right to complain to the authorities about the termination.
