Dear Sir,

My company offered to release me with one month full pay with 24 hours notice after my resignation because I'm joining their competitor. But the latest payout calculation came out to be they are using my
8 days leave to offset part of the 30 days pay which I need to seek your advise whether Malaysia labour law have such policy and if is not what else I can do to re negiotiate with them? Please advise.

Yes, negotiate with them about it, see whether they should compensate you for the 10 days leave balance since you have no chance to clear it. Complain to the Labour Office if they don't want to pay for it.
