Re: Resignation - staff attitude problem

Hi, my staff had submit her resignation letter on 13/5/2012 and now she is still serving 1 month notice.

However, during these 2 weeks, she only came to work for 7 days only!
Everyday she just sms me different excuses such as facial, keep fit, period pain, hang out with boyfriend for not coming to work on that day. Besides, when she come to work, she will influence others colleagues, eg: talk bad things about company.

What action can I take against her since she already tender her resign letter?

You still can take disciplinary action against her if she has committed misconduct. Warn her that for every day of absence, she will have to pay indemnity for it.
