EA got mentioned regarding lateness issue?
A minor lateness per month can be consideration.
If a day suddenly an employee late and work in on 9.57am ( work in time - 8.30am ), did not report. my superior ask me to deduct 3 hrs ( double of the lateness time ).

Is it???

If you are the one in charge of HR, better be strict about punctuality. If your superior said so, you are not going to go against his instruction, do you?
