Re: Prorate AL by calender day

I have worked out the following, pls adv is my calculation correct, TQ

1-2 years = 12 days; 3-4 years = 14 days; 5-6 years = 16 days

Joined 06.07.2009

Leave entitlement from 06.07.2011 to 05.07.2012 12 days

Prorate AL from 06.07.12 to 31.12.12

14/366 x 14 days = 7 days + 12 days = 19 AL for year 2012

2013 AL will be 14 days

2014 AL will be 16 days and so on

I think you should get 16 days AL for every 12 months after July 2014, that's to say from your 5th year.
