Re: New Employment With Attendance Problem

Hi, We recruited a C.O.W who is suppose to start work on 23/04/12 but we requested him (if he can) to start earlier of which he came on 21/04/12 (sat). However on 23/04/12 when he reported for work he came and told us that he wanted to start on 02/05/12 and left. We feels that he is having some attitude problem and do not wish to recruit him now. We have given him the offer letter earlier. Do we need to give him a termination letter or is there any procedure that we need to follow to terminate him. Thank you.

If you did not agree to his request, then you may cancel the offer. Write to him if you really don't want him. Let him take action if he wants.
