Re: Sacking a staff without confirmation letter ?

Can a company sack a staff without appointment or confirmation letter who has been working in the company for 3 years now ? The staff has been receving monthly salary with EPF, SOCSO and income tax paid. If the staff is sacked, can the staff go to the labor office to file a case against the company without proper appoinment documentations ?

Yes, he can seek redress with or without appointment letter.
