One of my employee suspected H1N1 and doctor advice quarantine, however we still pay her during the period of quarantine. But wonder if he confirm H1N1 by the doctor after this..

what the company can do for this,, Pay her the balance of the contract period? compensation of dismissal???

If he is a confirmed H1N1 case by a doctors, he is entitled to sick leave with pay up to his sick leave entitlement.
