Re: Leave before resign

My staff joined on 18.03.2008. He wants to resign on april 2012, my company give 14days leave to those who service 2-5years, how should i calculate his leave balance if he wish to resign earlier using his annual leave.?

Surely you keep leave records for your staff, don't you? Check the record and you may get the balance. Then let him take the balance of leave.

The problem is my company system very messy.
起初的员工一进来就可以拿leave,就是做一个月算一天那种。以上提到的员工就是那个category的人。另一种是做满一年才可以拿annual leave。

他从2009到2011都是拿足12天(2009),跟14天(2010 & 2011).
现在2012的话他要离职,我真的不知道怎么算..,.这个四月等于是他的辞职通知,算不算有Annual leave??

那就算四个月好了,14 days/12 x 4 = 5 days.
