如果我公司只需要一个月前通知辞职,这样我在产假一个月后给通知,请问我第二个月的产假还有薪水拿的吗??

First, consult your company whether it is OK. Your company may not pay the maternity allowance for the second month because you use it as notice period. Normally, when you give notice, you must work during the notice period. Since you are not working during the second month, you pay indemnity with your maternity allowance.

Hello,good morning.
I have few question want ask ,first im a pregnant women and during my first trimester period i always take medical leave and unpaid leave too . I inform my lady boss because im directly under her and i still have a big boss but both of them are brother and sister. After i inform my lady boss i need to took two week unpiad leave but she said cannot i said i will try to come to work because due to the serious morning sickness so im unable go to work,even my ownself panel doctor issue the medical certificate for me my company also not acceptable.

And now during the pregnancy period i received the warning letter from my company said that i dont have personal discpline and im very angry and dissapiointed with this company already

I had make decision to resigned from this company and and gave them one month notice, but during this period i also took my unpaid leave and untill now i still not yet get my pay yet so jus wondering i stiil have the right to get my pay ?
