I have tendered my resignation on Feb'12 however HR set a new HR policy for resign staff on Mar'12 that pro-rated Medical leave for staff earning above RM1,500.
I have took total 3 days medical leave, if prorated medical leave i shall entitle 2 days only, shall i apply the new policy since the new HR policy set on Mar'12 however i tender my resignation on Feb'12? Kindly advice

I think you should consult your HR ann find out what exactly you should get.
